Job Summary: The Fleet Analyst plans, controls, and analyzes maintenance activities, ensuring equipment availability and performance while collaborating with teams and contributing to continuous process improvement. Conduct failure analyses and collaborate on corrective and preventive actions **Fleet Analyst** The Maintenance Analyst is responsible for planning, controlling, analyzing, and supporting the execution of maintenance activities (preventive, corrective, and predictive), with a focus on ensuring equipment and asset availability, reliability, and performance. This role interfaces with technical teams, operations, and management to drive continuous improvement in maintenance processes. **What You’ll Do Daily** * Plan and schedule preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities; monitor service execution to ensure adherence to schedules, priorities, and safety standards; Monitor and analyze maintenance-related performance indicators (KPIs) and propose improvements; Develop and update maintenance plans, technical procedures, and managerial reports; Manage work orders, maintenance records, equipment history, and technical documentation; Support the management of maintenance-related contracts and outsourced services; Conduct failure analyses and collaborate in identifying corrective and preventive actions; Collaborate with related departments (operations, engineering, procurement) to define priorities and resource allocation; Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering (Mechanical, Administration, Logistics, Electrical, Production, or related fields) or equivalent technical field; Proven experience in industrial maintenance or asset maintenance; Proficiency in maintenance management systems (CMMS / EAM) and Excel; Strong data analysis, KPI interpretation, and process improvement capabilities. **Preferred Qualifications** * Certifications or courses in maintenance, reliability, or continuous improvement; experience with failure analysis methodologies (e.g., FMEA, RCA); Experience in asset optimization and reliability projects.
