About the Position: Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising HVAC system installations in commercial, industrial, and residential developments. Strategic involvement in meeting schedules, technical quality, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate technical teams and monitor project progress; * Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations; * Provide technical support to contractors and suppliers; * Control schedules, costs, and materials; * Ensure compliance with technical standards (ASHRAE, ABNT, NR’s, etc.); * Support commissioning and technical handover of installations. Requirements: * Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields; * Active CREA registration; * Proven experience (minimum 8–10 years) in HVAC system projects; * Proficiency in technical software (AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, etc.); * Leadership profile, proactive attitude, and results-oriented mindset.
