Job Summary:
This Technician position involves installation, debugging, and technical maintenance of hardware and software, as well as inspections and troubleshooting to ensure customer satisfaction.

* Installs, debugs, and provides technical maintenance for hardware and software of products and components, primarily at customer sites.
* Performs scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other services, and carries out minor repairs of products within a designated area.
* Inspects products to verify proper operation and resolves observed issues and/or escalates them per established procedures.
* Schedules services, completes all required documentation, and works with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality.
**As a Technician at Diebold Nixdorf, you will:**
* Gain familiarity with Repair Technician practices and procedures. \-
* Under guidance, performs routine Technician tasks, including:
+ Identification, isolation, and correction of product faults,
+ Disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly of assigned product components,
+ Assistance with test execution, recording, and reporting.
* Develops working knowledge of DN product lines and diagnostics, and associated test procedures.
* Participates in regular product/repair/maintenance training (on-site, classroom-based, and web-based).
* Learns and adheres to DN policies, safety guidelines, and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) guidelines.
* Learns and gains knowledge of operational manuals, equipment capabilities, and manufacturer instructions.
* Gains knowledge of plant layouts, electrical schematics, and diagrams, and their use in diagnosing and resolving anomalies.
* Assists with special projects as assigned.
**Required Qualifications:**
* Experience in bench-level repair and maintenance.
* Technical vocational diploma in electronics, electromechanics, computer science, or related fields.
* Registration with CFT.
* Residency in Foz do Iguaçu or nearby regions;
* Interest in learning.
* Success in interacting with multiple organizational levels;
* Ability to work in cross-functional teams to achieve results;
* Strong analytical and communication skills;
* Driver's license / Personal vehicle.
