Job Summary: Professional to work on budget preparation, follow-up, customer prospecting, and support to the commercial team, with a focus on metal packaging. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support to the sales team and commercial management 2. Focus on budgeting and customer prospecting 3. Responsible for various stages of the commercial and budgeting process Responsibilities: \- Prepare budget letters for sending to customers; \- Handle calls from the metal packaging sales department; \- Follow up on sent budgets; \- Budget steel purchases with suppliers; \- Budget third-party items; \- Calculate freight volume; \- Create spreadsheets for metal packaging projects; \- Enter orders into the sales pipeline; \- Extract sales pipeline data from the system, format it, and send via e\-mail; \- Prospect new customers; \- Prepare reports; \- Support the sales team and commercial management; Education: Completed or currently pursuing Mechanical Engineering. Requirements: Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Protheus system knowledge preferred. Industry: Metalworking.
