Perform dimensional measurements and inspections of parts Job Description: ***FUNCTIONS:*** * Operate CNC bending machines to bend metal sheets according to mechanical drawings, and control dimensional accuracy of bent parts. * Perform programming, setup, and calibration of CNC bending machines (Computer Numerical Control). * Operate bending machines to form metal sheets, ensuring precise angles and radii as specified in the design. * Define and adjust bending parameters (pressure, speed, stroke) to optimize process efficiency and quality. * Select and install appropriate punches and dies for different materials and bending types. * Advanced reading and interpretation of technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files. * Perform dimensional measurements and inspections of finished parts using instruments such as calipers, protractors, and tape measures. * Ensure part compliance with project tolerances and specifications, performing immediate corrective adjustments. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Considerable experience; * Completed high school education; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Proficiency in measurement instruments; * Knowledge of various material types; * Ability to read CAD/CAM files; * Familiarity with CNC bending machines. ***WHAT WE OFFER:*** * Competitive salary commensurate with the role; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance (after probationary period); * On-site meals. ***WORK SCHEDULE:*** * Monday to Thursday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. * Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ***FOR ANY QUESTIONS, CONTACT US AT: (41) 9 8814-0500*** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$1.775,12 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Are you available to start immediately?
