Pursuit of procurement optimization and cost reduction **Procurement Process**: Assist in purchase requisition and processing, ensuring all acquisitions align with operational requirements. **Quotation and Negotiation**: Request and compare supplier quotations, consistently seeking optimal commercial terms (price, delivery lead time, and quality). **Order Tracking**: Monitor purchase status and ensure materials are delivered within established deadlines, resolving potential issues. **Supplier Management**: Maintain supplier relationships by tracking performance, on-time delivery compliance, and quality of acquired products. **Control and Organization**: Update procurement records in the ERP system, archive documents, and maintain up-to-date reports to support decision-making. **Warehouse Coordination**: Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to ensure purchased materials are delivered correctly and meet operational needs. **Cost Reduction**: Support the team in identifying opportunities for procurement optimization, cost reduction, and improved acquisition efficiency.
