Risk Management / Compliance and Quality * Ensure compliance with DaVita policies and state and federal regulations. * Maintain quality assurance programs and implement process improvements. * Lead meetings and cost containment programs related to quality. Facility / Equipment Management * Maintain equipment and supplies to ensure safe and quality service delivery. * Plan corrective actions for safety and equipment issues.
