Health promotion campaigns and medical record management Job Objective: Occupational Nurse Promote and preserve the health of hospital staff through preventive measures, occupational clinical follow-up, and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, in accordance with PCMSO guidelines and current legislation. Main Responsibilities * Provide occupational healthcare services to staff * Conduct medical examinations: o Admission o Periodic o Return-to-work o Job function change o Termination * Follow up on staff on leave (INSS) * Monitor occupational accidents and exposures to: o Biological materials o Sharps o Chemical agents * Conduct post-exposure occupational follow-up * Support investigation of occupational accidents * Promote health campaigns: o Vaccination oo Ergonomics oo Prevention of occupational diseases * Manage: o ASO (Occupational Health Certificate) o Occupational medical records oo Medical certificates * Collaborate with: o SESMT (Specialized Service in Safety Engineering and Occupational Medicine) o CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) o Occupational Physician * Support development and implementation of: o PCMSO (Occupational Health Program) Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Nursing * Specialization in Occupational Nursing * Active registration with COREN (Regional Nursing Council) * Experience in hospital occupational health * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation Meal Allowance Value: BRL 685.00 \- plus 20% hazard allowance \- \* Base Salary: BRL 4,169.36 \+ Legal Complement (paid as bonus) \-\-\> Total Salary: BRL 4,750.00 \* Hazard Allowance: BRL 324.50 Payment: BRL 4,156.00 \- BRL 4,750.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
