**Description**: Activities: Will perform Nursing Management at Paraná Clínicas Care Units (CIM) – Água Verde, CIC, São José dos Pinhais, Araucária. Strategically lead and manage operational nursing care teams (Emergency Care, Outpatient Clinics and Elective Exams, Quality, and CCIH), ensuring excellence in patient care, patient safety, and operational efficiency; Act as a key agent in service integration, guaranteeing a seamless, safe, and high-quality patient journey across the different levels of care offered by the company; Will be responsible for planning, organizing, managing, and evaluating all nursing activities within the units under their supervision. This professional will ensure implementation of care protocols, human resources and resource management, and compliance with quality policies and hospital infection control standards. Operating within an integrated healthcare model, the manager will play a crucial role in optimizing workflows and promoting effective communication among emergency care teams, diagnostic testing areas, and the quality department. **Requirements**: Experience in nursing routines applied to management areas, including Risk Classification Protocols (e.g., Manchester), critical patient care, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and management of clinical and trauma emergencies; Specific nursing care experience for procedures requiring sedation (endoscopy, colonoscopy), monitoring during cardiac stress tests, and preparation and support for patients undergoing complex imaging exams; In-depth knowledge of high-alert medications, sedatives, analgesics, and emergency drugs, including calculation, dilution, and safe administration routes.
