Directly involved in financial planning, budget control, and economic performance analysis of business units. Coordinates the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and adherence to accounting standards. Presents and explains results to directors and managers, translating indicators into actionable insights. Leads the annual budgeting process and its revisions, conducts variance and profitability analyses, and identifies opportunities for cost and resource optimization. Ensures compliance with internal and external audit practices and current legislation. Manages and develops the controller team, promoting collaboration, technical rigor, and continuous improvement.
