




Job Summary: A professional responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathes, interpreting mechanical drawings and ensuring production quality. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of quality and production management systems **CNC LATHE PROGRAMMER** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:12 AM to 5:00 PM **Remuneration:** To be negotiated **Benefits:** Transportation allowance (VT or fuel) \+ Breakfast \+ Meal \+ Health insurance \+ Dental insurance \+ Food allowance for attendance, valued at R$ 350.00/month. **Requirements:** Technical education in CNC Programming or Mechanical Turner, Mechanical Technician, or similar courses; Minimum 1 year of experience in CNC machine programming, setup, and operation; Commitment, empathy, initiative and/or proactivity, teamwork, attendance/punctuality. **Responsibilities:** Receive mechanical drawings printed on paper; Read and interpret mechanical drawings; Verify whether the raw material conforms to the mechanical drawing; Review the entire process before initiating programming; Program the CNC lathe according to specifications in the mechanical drawing (Critical); Prepare necessary tools for part turning; Adjust tools used in part turning whenever required; Operate the CNC lathe; Inspect produced parts using measuring equipment (caliper); Produce parts and verify the Work Order; Monitor, follow up on, and utilize documentation from the quality management system. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
