Junior Administrative Analyst in Facilities for administrative, operational, and internal services management tasks at a Distribution Center.

**Main Responsibilities**
We are seeking a Junior Administrative Analyst to work in the Facilities area, supporting administrative, operational, and internal services management activities. The professional will be responsible for monitoring suppliers, tracking KPIs, supporting preventive and corrective maintenance processes, food services, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Distribution Center (DC).
**Responsibilities**
* Manage and monitor contracts and service providers (cleaning, maintenance, cafeteria/restaurant, pest and vector control, waste management).
* Assist in managing internal requests, ensuring appropriate and timely responses.
* Record, verify, and control invoices, purchase orders, and departmental budgets.
* Support preventive and corrective maintenance management, tracking service tickets and schedules.
* Monitor inventory and request administrative supplies (office, cleaning, cafeteria).
* Contribute to compliance with workplace safety, hygiene, and well-being standards.
* Conduct satisfaction surveys related to cleaning and restaurant services, consolidate results, and propose improvements.
* Generate and update operational reports and KPIs for the Facilities area.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related fields (in progress or completed).
* Prior experience in administrative routines and/or operational support.
* Basic knowledge of contract management and supplier relationship management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (intermediate Excel).
* Strong communication skills, organizational ability, proactivity, and teamwork capability.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in Facilities
* Familiarity with ticketing systems or building management platforms.
* Basic knowledge of SAP and/or ME and Power BI

**Work Schedule**
44 hours per week \- Monday to Friday \- 08:00–12:00 \| 13:00–17:48 \- 5 days on, 2 days off
Employment Type: Permanent CLT
Salary: R$2\.900,00 \- R$3\.607,53 per month
