**Technical Security Services Manager** ============================================ Solor Tecnologia \| Curitiba \- PR \| On-site Job Description ***What are we looking for?*** We are seeking a Technical Security Services Manager, process-oriented, with investigative capabilities and committed to continuous improvement of security and operational efficiency. Responsibilities and Duties * Mapping, defining, and supporting the implementation of the client’s internal processes to improve incident response processes; * Executing processes for security log investigation, technical vulnerability management, and improvements in the handling of open tickets; * Mapping requirements, defining data sources, configuring security sensor metrics, and optimizing the capture of security logs and alerts required for SOC-based security monitoring; * Supporting users in using the vulnerability analysis tool, including vulnerability and incident registration and tracking activities; * Creating new reports. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in IT or postgraduate degree in Information Security; * Minimum 2 years of experience in Information Security; * ITIL Process Management certification. Desirable Requirements At least one of the following certifications: CISSP, CompTIA CASP\+, CISM, GSE, CEH, or CEH Practical.
