We enable IT solutions that ensure seamless integration among business-support systems, maintaining a structured and technologically up-to-date application architecture while meeting business requirements with high availability and performance. Work model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite Units: Osasco – SP, Curitiba – PR, Recife – PE, Uberlândia – MG **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** As a Systems Manager, you will lead the DNA team, with the following primary responsibilities: * Define best development practices aligned with organizational guidelines; * Perform administrative and career management and development of employees within the ecosystem; * Direct and manage technology products for cloud modernization; * Manage resource allocation across squads, including third-party vendors; * Monitor current agile and performance indicators; * Support management of delivery commitments for the ecosystem as a whole; * Promote and adopt quality practices throughout the development process; * Optimize the distribution of professionals across squads to achieve project objectives. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Completed undergraduate degree in IT or related fields; * Experience leading teams and applying agile methodologies; * Knowledge of credit solutions.
