We enable IT solutions that ensure harmonious operation among business-support systems, maintaining a structured and technologically up-to-date application architecture while meeting business requirements with high availability and performance. Work model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite Location: Osasco – SP, Curitiba – PR, Recife – PE, Uberlândia – MG **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Systems Manager, you will lead the Reabilitai Tribe and your main responsibilities will include: * Defining best development practices aligned with organizational guidelines; * Managing administrative matters, careers, and professional development for team members across the ecosystem; * Supporting the removal of blockers affecting squads within the ecosystem; * Managing resource allocation across squads, including third-party vendors; * Monitoring active agile and performance indicators; * Supporting overall ecosystem delivery commitments; * Promoting and implementing quality practices throughout the development process; * Optimally assigning professionals to squads to achieve project objectives. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Completed undergraduate degree in IT or related fields; * Experience leading teams; * Experience with agile methodologies.
