Act strategically by proposing innovative solutions and contributing to the company’s growth and sustainability. **Detailed Description:** * Structure, maintain, and monitor FIDCs, FIPs, FIIs, and other funds regulated by the CVM, ensuring regulatory and operational compliance. * Execute and sustain operational workflows related to fund architecture, ensuring quality, predictability, and timely delivery. * Provide technical support for the implementation of new funds and structural changes, acting as a liaison between execution teams, specialists, and coordination. * Serve as the technical interface with fiduciary administrators, custodians, fund managers, and internal and external auditors. * Draft, review, and maintain regulatory and operational documentation, tracking obligations toward the CVM and ANBIMA. * Plan and lead meetings with stakeholders, monitoring schedules and execution of activities across internal departments and suppliers. * Serve as a technical reference, guiding and supporting junior and mid-level analysts, as well as contributing to training initiatives and the dissemination of best practices. * Identify risks and improvement opportunities, proposing process, workflow, and manual adjustments to enhance operational efficiency. **Work Format:** On-site – Curitiba/PR. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00. **Benefits:** * Meal/food allowance: BRL 1,450.00 * Transportation voucher * Birthday day off * Dental plan for the employee * Health insurance for the employee * Performance-based bonus (up to 3 salaries) * Opus Gym membership (with a 3% minimum wage discount) * Partnership with FGV and FAE universities. **Academic Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Valid ANBIMA certification, per current regulations (CGA, CGE, CFG, or CPA-20). **Mandatory Requirements:** * Experience in structuring structured investment funds, with direct involvement in the legal, operational, and financial design of such products. * Strong knowledge of investment fund regulations, with emphasis on CVM Resolution 175 and applicable rules. * Practical experience in structured operations, securitization, and capital markets. * Consistent experience in financial modeling and defining cash flows applied to fund structuring. * Knowledge and experience with FIDCs, including their structures, risks, and specific characteristics. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Comprehensive involvement in end-to-end FIDC structuring—from initial design to issuance. * Familiarity with specialized platforms and systems for fund management and analysis. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance or related fields.
