




Description: Desirable Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Experience: Previous experience as a Scrum Master in agile environments, preferably in contexts of digital implementation or transformation. Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in Scrum and knowledge of other practices such as Kanban, Lean, and SAFe. Tools: Experience with agile management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar. * Technical and Behavioral Skills: Facilitation of agile ceremonies and workshops. * Coaching for self-organizing teams. * Conflict resolution and mediation. * Clear and effective communication (oral and written). * Ability to operate in dynamic and constantly changing environments. * Quick learning ability. * Results-oriented mindset. * Sense of urgency. Desirable Certifications: * CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) or PSM (Professional Scrum Master). * Additional certifications in agile scaling (SAFe, LeSS) are advantageous. * Complementary Courses and Knowledge: Training in advanced agile practices. * Knowledge of agile metrics (velocity, lead time, burndown). * Familiarity with DevOps and continuous integration will be considered advantageous. * Facilitate agile ceremonies (Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective), ensuring engagement and focus on objectives. * Remove impediments that may affect delivery and support the team in resolving complex problems. * Promote effective communication among squad members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and flow. * Support the Product Owner in backlog management, ensuring clarity and prioritization of requirements. * Monitor performance metrics (velocity, lead time, customer satisfaction) and propose actions for continuous improvement. * Act as a change agent, encouraging agile practices, a feedback culture, and a collaborative mindset. * Foster a healthy, high-performance environment by mediating conflicts and encouraging self-organization. * Participate in project planning and management, overseeing deliverables and established deadlines. * Organize and present periodic executive committees to provide visibility into project status (progress, risks of delays, dependencies, replanning). 2512180202551924918
