We are seeking a **Scrum Master** to lead and ensure the robustness of the entire testing strategy for the **SAP S/4HANA** implementation across **7 LATAM countries**. This is a strategic, full-time opportunity critical to the success of our global digital transformation. ### **The Challenge** You will serve as the focal point for system **Quality**, acting as Scrum Master and supporting the Test Lead. Your primary mission will be to define, coordinate, and oversee all testing phases — from **Unit Testing through UAT** — ensuring that SAP S/4HANA meets excellence standards prior to Go-Live. ### **Key Responsibilities** * **Testing Strategy:** Define and maintain the testing methodology and strategy (unit, integration, UAT, and regression) for the entire LATAM region. * **Cycle Management:** Supervise the creation of test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria; coordinate testing cycles across different releases. * **Defect Management:** Manage the defect control process (Defect Management), delivering clear status reports and KPIs to leadership. * **Collaboration:** Ensure continuous alignment and collaboration among development, functional, infrastructure, and Change Management teams. * **Governance:** Ensure comprehensive documentation, testing governance, and capture of lessons learned. * **UAT and Training:** Support stakeholders during UAT sessions and training activities. ### **Essential Requirements** * **Proven Experience:** Hands-on experience with **SAP S/4HANA testing**, and quality assurance experience in large-scale ERP implementations. * **Languages (Mandatory):** **Fluency in Spanish** (mandatory for LATAM operations).
