Participate in strategic decisions with the executive board Main Responsibilities: \- Manage and optimize operational processes, ensuring quality, productivity, and adherence to deadlines; \- Prepare managerial reports, control budgets, operational costs, and resources; \- Promote integration among departments (sales, transportation, and dispatch); \- Participate in strategic decisions alongside the executive board; \- Lead process improvement, innovation, and expansion projects; \- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal company policies. Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields is preferred; \- Experience in operations management and team leadership is preferred; \- Knowledge of management tools (ERP, Power BI, Advanced Excel, etc.) is preferred; \- Knowledge of IT and SQL is a plus; \- Strong analytical ability, strategic vision, and results-oriented mindset are preferred; \- Skills in planning, executing, and controlling processes are preferred.
