The **IT Technology Coordinator** position reports to the Customer Experience and Technology Directorate and integrates into the **Infrastructure** department. **Responsibilities and Duties** — In summary, your responsibilities will include: * Coordinating the daily IT operations, ensuring continuity, stability, and quality of services delivered to internal users; * Managing the IT Support team, monitoring performance, SLA, CSAT, backlog, and productivity; * Administering and enhancing the Ticketing System, ensuring operational efficiency and high user satisfaction; * Managing existing physical infrastructure and network infrastructure, ensuring availability, capacity, and security; * Managing backup files and high-availability configurations on Windows and Linux servers, ensuring functionality, updates, controls, and industry best practices; * Coordinating cloud environment operations (AWS), with a focus on governance, cost management, availability, and security; * Overseeing access control management, software availability, information security—including risk and incident monitoring, access tracking, and compliance with internal policies and LGPD; * Managing backup and business continuity solutions, ensuring routine execution, testing, and reliability; * Administering the IT asset portfolio—including inventory, lifecycle management, and standardization; * Budgetary management of contracts, licenses, software, and third-party vendors—aiming for operational efficiency and cost optimization; * Supporting internal and external audits related to the Technology area, ensuring compliance and documentation; * Defining, tracking, and reporting on IT KPIs—presenting monthly results, risks, continuous improvements, and project status to senior management; * Proposing and leading continuous improvements, automations, and optimizations within the existing environment—without operational impact; * Developing and monitoring team development plans, promoting technical growth and talent retention; **Requirements and Qualifications** — To apply for this position, you must: * Hold a completed bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Networks, or related fields; * Possess advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite; * Have experience managing IT vendors, contracts, and costs; * Possess practical knowledge of Project Management; * Demonstrate ability to read and analyze operational and performance indicators; Have experience in Network Security Management and CCTV monitoring. * — It is important that you demonstrate: * Proactivity; * Strong communication skills; * Analytical capability. — Bonus points if you: * Have prior experience working in companies within the Construction sector. **Additional Information** **Benefits of being a hyper:** We care deeply about our employees’ well-being—affectionately called *hypers*!
