Job Summary: The Convicta Group is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage inventory operations, ensuring organization, inventory management, and continuous production supply. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, and shipping activities. 2. Ensure inventory accuracy and control stock levels in alignment with PCP. 3. Monitor KPIs, prevent losses, and ensure warehouse organization. The Convicta Group is growing, and we are now looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team and oversee inventory operations, ensuring organization, inventory management, and continuous production supply. Your Responsibilities: * Coordinate receiving, inspection, storage, picking, and shipping of materials; * Ensure physical and system inventory accuracy by conducting cycle and full inventories; * Control stock levels in alignment with PCP and Procurement; * Ensure continuous production supply, avoiding stoppages due to material shortages; * Coordinate the team, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring performance;\- Monitor KPIs, prevent losses, and ensure warehouse organization, layout, and 5S compliance; * Ensure accurate ERP transaction recording and interface with partner departments. What We Are Looking For: * Experience coordinating warehouses, internal logistics, or inventory management; * Knowledge of inventories, inventory control, and KPIs; * ERP experience; industrial environment experience.
