Manage operational teams and middle-level leadership We are looking for a **Production Manager** to lead and manage production operations at an industrial unit, ensuring operational efficiency, on-time delivery, process quality, and team development. This professional will play a strategic role in continuous improvement, performance indicator management, and aligning production with business demands. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, organize, and control production activities, ensuring compliance with volume targets, deadlines, and established quality standards; * Manage operational teams and middle-level leadership, promoting engagement, performance, and continuous development; * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (productivity, efficiency, quality, rework, losses, and costs); * Implement and monitor **continuous improvement** practices, process optimization, and waste reduction; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety, quality standards, and internal procedures; * Collaborate closely with departments such as Production Planning and Control (PCP), logistics, maintenance, quality, and procurement; * Support productive capacity planning, resource allocation, and investment planning; * Contribute to process standardization and strengthening of operational culture. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Solid experience in **industrial production management**, including team leadership; * Experience in Production Planning and Control (PCP); * Knowledge of industrial performance indicators and goal-oriented management; * Experience in continuous improvement, process standardization, and daily operations management; * Proficiency in management tools (Excel, ERP systems, and managerial reporting).
