Key Responsibilities Key responsibilities include: * Manage industrial operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and achievement of operational targets; * Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams from production, logistics, maintenance, and quality areas; * Plan and monitor the production schedule, ensuring optimal use of resources and inputs; * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives; * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental standards, and applicable legislation; * Manage the departmental budget and optimize financial resource utilization; * Promote process improvements and implementation of new technologies; * Represent the company technically before regulatory bodies when required. 3\.
