LOGISTICS LEADER Atuba \- Colombo/PR Responsibilities Lead the operational team in logistics processes, ensuring efficient execution of receiving, picking, distribution, and inventory control activities, promoting on-time delivery, workplace organization, and continuous team development. **Job Responsibilities:** * Organize the team and delegate tasks related to logistics processes (receiving, picking, processing, distribution, and transfers); * Manage the team by monitoring individual performance and addressing specific employee issues; * Monitor team performance indicators and propose operational improvements; * Guide proper equipment storage in the warehouse according to the defined layout; * Ensure all deliveries are completed within established deadlines; * Generate team productivity and performance reports; * Train the team through feedback, technical refresher courses, and periodic training sessions; * Guarantee inventory accuracy according to established targets; * Participate in meetings with area managers, contributing information and improvement suggestions. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, second shift from 1:00 PM to 10:42 PM. Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree. Preferred Qualification: Forklift Operator certification.
