Job Summary: Conduct quotations and market research for the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring optimal cost, delivery time, and quality conditions for the company. Key Highlights: 1. Research the market to identify the best purchasing opportunities 2. Update price tables and support the procurement process 3. Critically analyze quotations and issue purchase orders Perform quotations for the procurement of materials and equipment to meet the company's needs. **Responsibilities and Duties** Tasks: 1\- Research the product supplier market by collecting prices to identify the best opportunities and achieve better results for the company; 2\- Update merchandise price tables with suppliers and internally disseminate this information to relevant departments, feeding the IFS system with such data; 3\- Support the Procurement Analyst and Procurement Coordinator in department-related activities; initiate and/or complete the procurement process for approved requisitions according to the authority levels defined in the procurement policy; 4\- Conduct quotations with suppliers and monitor all responses, providing feedback to stakeholders involved in the process; 5\- Critically analyze all conditions presented in quotations, evaluating historical pricing and consistently meeting the company’s requirements regarding cost, delivery time, and quality; 6\- Prepare procurement packages and issue purchase orders for items with prices agreed upon between suppliers and the procurement department; **Requirements and Qualifications** REQUIREMENTS: DEGREE IN ADMINISTRATION, ECONOMICS, ACCOUNTING, CIVIL ENGINEERING, ARCHITECTURE, OR RELATED FIELDS.
