Communicating with partners and logistics agents to ensure timely shipments. Controlling and monitoring international shipments. Verifying import documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading). Updating internal systems and controls. Verifying logistics costs such as freight and fees. Monitoring deadlines and operational status. Interacting with suppliers and internal departments. Supporting resolution of operational discrepancies and preparing logistics and financial reports. Position based in Cascavel / PR. Previous experience as International Logistics Coordinator, Foreign Trade Specialist, Logistics Manager, or Supply Chain Analyst may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this role. Bachelor's degree required.
