Team leadership and compliance with regulations Position: **Fleet Coordinator** Company: Confidential Location: São José dos Pinhais – PR **Compensation** Salary: R$ 7\.000,00 Benefits Meal voucher Transportation voucher **Responsibilities** Coordinate and manage light and heavy vehicle fleets, ensuring availability, safety, and operational efficiency Plan and control preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, reviews, and mandatory documentation Manage contracts with suppliers (workshops, leasing companies, insurers, tracking providers, and fuel suppliers) Control fleet operational costs (fuel, maintenance, tires, fines, and insurance), preparing reports and performance indicators Monitor driver performance, providing guidance on safe driving and adherence to internal policies Monitor vehicles using tracking and telematics systems, where applicable Ensure compliance with traffic legislation, safety standards, and internal policies Investigate incidents, accidents, damages, and manage traffic fines Support audits, internal controls, and administrative processes related to fleet management Conduct visits to branches, construction sites, or external operations, as required Propose process improvements, cost reductions, and increased fleet efficiency. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields Proven experience in fleet management or coordination Knowledge of light and heavy vehicle maintenance Experience in cost control, performance indicators, and managerial reporting Familiarity with traffic legislation and safety standards Proficiency in Excel and fleet management systems Driver’s license category C (mandatory) Willingness to travel Analytical, organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills Leadership and team management capabilities Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$7\.000,00 \- R$8\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Company mobile phone * Free parking * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher
