Responsibilities: \- Plan, organize, and coordinate the sales team's activities; \- Set and monitor individual and team sales targets; \- Conduct training and capacity-building sessions for the team to enhance technical and behavioral skills; \- Monitor and analyze team performance indicators, implementing corrective actions when necessary; \- Resolve conflicts and mediate situations between the team and customers; \- Prepare management reports and present team results to senior management; \- Collaborate with product marketing and promotion strategies, providing suggestions and feedback.
