




Job Summary: Customer service professional with automotive knowledge to provide technical consultation and support, manage store sales and operations. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory control, sales, and maintenance of store appearance Provide customer service by delivering reliable advice and excellent service to store customers, demonstrating broad product knowledge and experience in automotive repair and testing, offering technical consultation when necessary, with a service attitude that exceeds customer expectations. In addition to making sales, assist in managing product displays to ensure the store's appearance and cleanliness are maintained. Support cash register operations and assist other AutoZoners, including assuming responsibility for the store in the absence of the manager. * Assist the Store Manager in store management; * Help develop new AutoZoners; * Deliver specialized customer service; * Maintain appropriate inventory control to promote sales and preserve store appearance; * Ensure processes and documentation related to sales, pricing, and physical inventory counts; * Assist less technically experienced colleagues in making correct sales; * High school diploma or equivalent; * Experience in leadership and goal achievement; * Availability to work on weekends and holidays; * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is desirable; * Automotive industry knowledge is desirable.
