Responsibilities: * Manage store operations (sales, team, and results) * Monitor and ensure achievement of targets * Develop and train the sales team * Directly participate in negotiations and closing sales * Monitor performance indicators and propose strategic improvements * Ensure excellence in customer service Requirements: * Proven experience as a manager in the motorcycle industry (strong advantage) * Experience managing sales teams * Commercial mindset and results orientation * Strong communication and leadership skills * Knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs) * Completed high school education (a college degree is an advantage) We Offer: * Fixed salary + attractive commission * Dynamic work environment focused on results Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Company-provided mobile phone * Free parking * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
