The professional will be responsible for managing and enhancing direct and indirect procurement processes, conducting negotiations with domestic suppliers, and securing the best cost-benefit ratio for the company. The role requires close collaboration with Logistics, Planning, and Finance departments to promote synergy and operational fluidity. We seek a candidate with strategic vision, strong negotiation skills, and solid experience in industrial procurement, focused on results and continuous improvement. Proficiency in the Protheus (TOTVS) system is essential for controlling and monitoring the entire procurement flow—from requisitions to performance reports. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and optimize direct and indirect procurement processes; * Develop procurement strategies; * Control and coordinate procurement activities for the headquarters and branches, developing acquisition strategies aligned with organizational objectives; * Lead contract, pricing, delivery schedule, and commercial condition negotiations with domestic suppliers; * Propose continuous improvements; * Manage the procurement team, promoting technical and behavioral development; * Collaborate with departments such as Logistics, Planning, and Finance to ensure process integration; * Use the Protheus (TOTVS) system to manage purchase orders, requisitions, approvals, and performance reports. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields; * Solid experience in industrial procurement. * Advanced knowledge of the Protheus (TOTVS) system — mandatory requirement; * Skills in cost analysis, strategic planning, and supplier management; * Advanced Office suite proficiency (especially Excel); * Analytical, dynamic profile with a results-oriented mindset. **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Industrial Management; * Experience in cost-reduction projects and implementation of operational improvements. **Additional Information** Meal allowance; On-site lunch; Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy;
