It provides human resources consulting services to various organizations. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for developing the production plan based on sales forecasts and production capacity, tracking planned vs. actual performance. Will schedule and monitor production lines, making adjustments according to priorities and monitoring machine downtime. Will manage the order portfolio, create production orders, and control inventories of raw materials, supplies, and finished goods. Also performs supplier follow-up, production capacity analysis, and supports optimization of operational processes and resources. Previous experience as PCP Coordinator, PCP Assistant, PCP Supervisor, or Production Planner may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
