**What we expect from you:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in receiving, inspecting, picking, and moving goods. * Experience with the SAP system will be considered a plus. * Prioritization skills are desirable. * Ability to learn, practice, and consistently adhere to company procedures, standards, and rules. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. **A day in the life of a Logistics Operator:** * RECEIVING GOODS: + Conducts quantitative and qualitative receipt of both commercial and non-commercial goods (e.g., equipment, office supplies), verifying and identifying overall condition, supplier, length, reference number, shade, expiration date, etc. + Prepares the physical space and necessary equipment for proper receipt, avoiding loss of productivity during inspection. + Records all relevant details regarding received goods (quantities, apparent condition, expiration dates, etc.) on the inspection report, ensuring quality and preventing losses. + Stores goods at the correct warehouse location by reading the receipt document to expedite future order picking or delivery. + Labels products missing or defective barcodes and applies security labels to theft-prone items, ensuring goods delivered to stores are ready for sale. + Sorts goods according to flow type—store goods versus warehouse goods. + Releases goods for storage in Store or Warehouse by contacting the Replenishment or Storage team to carry out storage (receiving note). + Implements anti-shrinkage measures through rigorous qualitative and quantitative checks on received goods, maintaining efficient vehicle flow in the Goods Receiving yard and correct handling of material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, cages). + Keeps equipment, tools, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) organized. + Safely stacks pallets to prevent damage to property and injury to personnel. + Maintains a clean and organized receiving area to help combat shrinkage and prevent workplace accidents. + Receives shrinkage-validated goods from Stores, conducts qualitative and quantitative inspection, and places shrinkage items in the designated disposal area. + Receives supplier returns validated by Stores, performs qualitative and quantitative inspections, and schedules pickup. + Receives shipments for Technical Support, performs qualitative and quantitative inspections, and schedules pickup. * PICKUP AND HOME DELIVERY: + Picks RSS (Reserve Stock), identifies products, and informs the Commercial Department of the pick. + Assigns physical locations for goods, performing physical stock reservation and rotating inventory based on the RSS product list. + Delivers goods to customers promptly and courteously, loading them into the customer’s vehicle. + Picks and inspects goods, verifying all items listed on the issued order, making them available for customer pickup at the Goods Pickup Area or for courier delivery (home delivery). * REPLENISHMENT: + Restocks products appropriately on the sales floor. * INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: + Stores goods and ensures inventory quality and reliability. + Reviews daily orders generated by the Commercial Department, verifies data consistency required in orders (addresses, phone numbers, delivery dates, references, availability, etc.), organizes orders chronologically, and releases them for billing. + Handles incoming calls to inform customers about delivery timelines. + Reports any issues involving the picking team, operations, or products to the Logistics Supervisor. + Assists the Logistics Supervisor in smooth warehouse slotting operations (setup, rotating inventories, etc.). + Processes daily cancellations of RSS orders. + Records shrinkage incidents identified during goods picking. + Maintains good relations and serves as the liaison with third-party couriers. + Collaborates with the Customer Service team to proactively prevent potential product-related issues. + Reports any product-related incidents to the Logistics Supervisor and/or Logistics Manager. + Serves as the primary contact for the Goods Pickup Counter. + Is responsible for their assigned work equipment. + Adheres to safety regulations.
