RESPONSIBILITIES: * Receiving, warehousing, picking, and shipping inventory items; * Conducting goods inspection, loading, and unloading; * Delivering products to customers; * Transferring goods between branches; * Inspecting defective items for return to suppliers or forwarding to technical support; * Managing furniture assembly, scheduling appointments with customers, and distributing furniture; * Goods inspection; * Filing invoices; * Entering invoices into the system; * Organizing inventory; * Inventory turnover; * Logistics; * Conducting physical inventory counts; * Promoting products; * Monitoring performance targets; * Customer retention; * Responsible for area control and team leadership. QUALIFICATIONS: * Alignment with the company’s culture and values; * Knowledge of construction materials, home appliances, electronics, furniture, and/or financial services sectors; * Experience in team leadership; * Experience in receiving, organizing, and controlling inventory; You stand out if you have: * A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Accounting / Commercial Management / Financial Management / Managerial Processes / Logistics; * SAP (Systems, Applications & Products in Data Processing) experience. What you’ll do before the store opening: * Welcome/onboarding: Learning about Quero-Quero, its culture, values, and core principles; * Learning: Training and development (online and in-person); * Actions (external prospecting for new customers and store setup). Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
