More than just distributing, we connect brands and markets through a meticulous product curation developed in partnership with top national and international suppliers. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate, guide, and develop the team of autonomous sales representatives. * Analyze sales metrics and propose corrective actions to improve performance. * Drive new client acquisition and strengthen relationships with commercial partners. * Conduct regional strategic planning and regularly visit representatives and clients in the field. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience managing commercial teams. * Experience in sales, negotiation, and commercial strategies. * Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license. * Full availability for frequent travel. * Degree in Commercial Management or related fields. **Additional Information** * Meal allowance or food voucher of BRL 57.00 per working day. * Basic food basket (dry goods, frozen items, hygiene, and cleaning products). * UNIMED health plan (effective after 90 days — monthly premium and co-payment borne by the employee). * UNIODONTO dental plan (effective after 90 days — monthly premium and co-payment borne by the employee).
