Join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor production status by contacting internal teams and, when necessary, customers to negotiate delivery delays or advances. * Organize and maintain documents related to the area of operation, classifying and storing them to ensure preservation and facilitate retrieval whenever needed. * Support new customer prospecting through information research. * Provide customer service by delivering and receiving information about products and services offered, aiming to meet customer needs and promote company products. * Send product and service samples and presentations to customers. * Execute sales orders. * Participate in trade fairs and events, performing tasks related to equipment setup, booth organization, and material collection and verification upon event conclusion. * Support internal and external events **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Preferred: pursuing a university degree in Business Administration or Commercial Management. **Additional Information** **We offer a comprehensive benefits package including:** * Transportation allowance. * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR). * Unimed health insurance plan for employees and dependents. * Dental plan for employees and dependents. * Meal allowance. * Life insurance. * Eyeglass lens reimbursement. * Maternity gift basket. * Wedding gift. * Career development path.
