So, are you ready to wear this jersey with us?\#SBFRecruitment \#JoinSBF **Responsibilities and Duties** As a **Senior Analyst – Facilities**, you’ll step onto the field with the following responsibilities: * Budget and contract management; * Waste management; * Segregation of recyclables and compliance with the PGRS (Solid Waste Management Plan); hygiene and cleaning; * Ensuring SLA compliance in critical areas (loading docks, restrooms, and cafeteria); * Pest control: managing the pest eradication schedule and physical barriers to prevent infestations (critical for distribution centers); internal supply chain; * Procurement planning and inventory management of supplies (cleaning products, disposables, PPE). **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need for this role:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience: work in industrial plants or logistics centers (dynamic environment). * Contract management: experience in service measurement and third-party management. * Excel/BI: ability to create dashboards for cost and consumption tracking. * Regulatory knowledge: familiarity with health surveillance (ANVISA), solid waste disposal regulations, and occupational safety standards (NRs). * Resilience and agility to resolve issues requiring immediate solutions; * Owner's mindset: ability to safeguard assets and pursue cost efficiency, even without direct on-site leadership; * Assertive communication: ability to interact effectively between management and operational teams (cleaning/kitchen); * Critical thinking: identifying supply waste or process failures before they escalate into high costs.
