Job Summary:
We are seeking a Retail Store Coordinator with commercial leadership skills to manage sales points, drive results, and lead teams, with a focus on beauty and social media.

As a Retail Store Coordinator, you will serve as a managerial leader overseeing two or more sales points (store and/or kiosk). Your responsibilities will include store visual merchandising organization, inventory management, performance indicator analysis and management, online sales, and Instagram profile management.
It is essential that you possess a **commercial leadership profile**, affinity with the beauty market and social media, motivation to wear makeup daily at work, ability to analyze KPIs, propose and implement solutions—all while maintaining a strong focus on high-performance results. You will report to the Store Channel Manager and be fully responsible for all O Boticário retail operations in your city. Your compensation will consist of a fixed component plus a variable component.

In our retail operation, we represent the O Boticário brand, and we currently have an opening for a **Retail Store Coordinator**.

Lead the sales consultant team by performing: individual and store(s) performance KPI management; KPI analysis; conflict resolution; ongoing individual feedback; proposal and execution of corrective actions; participation in online and/or in-person training sessions; ensuring team participation in training; management of store(s) social media accounts; maintaining clean inventory; organizing inventory with expiration date control; ensuring financial cash register control; supporting store renovations/maintenance; ensuring compliance with franchisor requirements regarding service standards, brand image, stores, staff, and all audit evaluation criteria; interfacing with municipal authorities (chamber of commerce, fire department, etc.); recruitment, selection, hiring, and termination of staff; staff timekeeping management; customer service and sales; inventory management and participation in periodic inventories; occasional participation in external events and initiatives, among others.
