Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing a portfolio of cooperative members, prospecting new clients, negotiating financial products and services, and managing delinquency, aiming at institutional growth and cooperative member satisfaction. Results-oriented focus and goal achievement **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Brief Description:** Manage the cooperative member portfolio and monitor its evolution through managerial reports; conduct visits for prospecting and negotiation of products and services, aiming at institutional growth and performance results, meeting established targets while ensuring cooperative member satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage the portfolio; * Prospect new cooperative members; * Generate new business through visits and foster loyalty among new cooperative members; * Market the cooperative’s products and services; * Prepare and follow up on credit proposals via electronic proposal; * Manage delinquency; * Assist in developing and improving products and services; * And other related activities. **Requirements:** **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Knowledge of financial institution products and services; * Experience in customer service and negotiation; * Market risk knowledge (credit risk, delinquency, etc.); * Valid ANBIMA certification; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. **We seek candidates who possess:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Good interpersonal relationship skills; * Results-oriented focus and goal achievement orientation. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Finance, and/or Administration; * **Respect for and appreciation of people are core values for us; additionally, we run inclusive initiatives, and all our positions are open to persons with disabilities (PCDs).** * **All communication will be conducted via email.
