An industrial installation and assembly company is hiring a Construction Coordinator in São José dos Pinhais (Downtown). 3T Engenharia is an engineering and construction solutions company specializing in high-quality services to meet its clients’ needs across diverse projects. **What will you do in this role?:** Plan, organize, and control the entire electromechanical execution of construction projects (mechanical assembly, piping, steel structures, boilerworks, low- and medium-voltage electrical systems, automation, instrumentation, and telecommunications). Ensure compliance with technical standards (NRs, NBRs, API, ASME, IEC, etc.) and SMS procedures (Health, Safety, and Environment). Coordinate and supervise suppliers and subcontractors providing electromechanical services. Conduct daily/weekly progress meetings. Prepare weekly and monthly managerial reports on physical and financial progress. Identify and address schedule, cost, and quality deviations, proposing corrective and preventive actions. Manage As-Built documentation. Serve as the client’s technical focal point for matters related to the project. This position requires availability to work on construction sites nationwide. Perform duties typical of a Construction Coordinator.
