Monitor small projects and ensure adherence to operational deadlines An Information Technology Services company is seeking a Project Analyst professional in Curitiba. **Responsibilities:** Manage and organize customer and internal service requests. Support Project Managers in conducting operational and administrative activities. Confirm service interactions and assist with consultants’ schedules. Monitor small projects and ensure adherence to operational deadlines. Record, organize, and maintain up-to-date documentation for service interactions and projects. Contact customers via telephone, e\-mail, and service management systems. Monitor KPIs and assist in generating simple performance reports. Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Specialist, Project Manager, or Project Consultant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
