Involvement in inventory management and customer service **What We Expect From You:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in goods receiving, inspection, picking, and movement. * SAP system experience is considered a plus. * Desired ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Capacity for learning, hands-on practice, and consistent adherence to company procedures, policies, and rules. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. **A Day in the Life of a Logistics Operator:** * GOODS RECEIPT: + Conducts quantitative and qualitative inspection of both commercial and non-commercial goods (e.g., equipment, office supplies), verifying and identifying general condition, supplier, length, reference number, shade, expiration date, etc. + Prepares physical space and necessary equipment for proper receipt, avoiding productivity loss during inspection. + Records all relevant details about received goods (quantities, apparent condition, expiration dates, etc.) in the inspection report, ensuring quality and preventing losses. + Stores goods at the correct warehouse location by reading the receipt slip to expedite future order assembly for pickup or delivery. + Labels products missing or defective barcodes and applies security labels to theft-sensitive items, ensuring merchandise delivered to stores is ready for sale. + Sorts goods according to flow typology—store or warehouse goods. + Releases goods for storage in the Store or Warehouse by contacting the Restocking or Storage team to perform storage (receiving note). + Performs anti-shrinkage actions through rigorous qualitative and quantitative checks on received goods, supported by efficient vehicle flow in the Goods Receipt yard and proper handling of material-handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, cages). + Maintains organization of equipment, tools, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). + Stacks pallets safely to prevent damage to property and personnel. + Keeps the receipt area clean and organized to help combat shrinkage and prevent workplace accidents. + Receives validated shrinkage reports from Sales, conducts qualitative and quantitative inspections, and places shrinkage-marked items in the designated disposal area. + Receives supplier returns validated by Sales, performs qualitative and quantitative inspections, and schedules pickup. + Receives shipments for Technical Support, performs qualitative and quantitative inspections, and schedules pickup. * PICKUP AND HOME DELIVERY: + Picks RSS (Reserve Stock), identifies products, and notifies the Commercial Department of the pick. + Assigns physical locations for goods, maintaining rotating inventory based on the RSS product list. + Delivers goods to customers promptly and courteously, loading them into the customer’s vehicle. + Picks and inspects goods, verifying all items listed on the issued order, and makes them available for customer pickup at the Goods Pickup Area or for carrier dispatch (home delivery). * RESTOCKING: + Restocks products in the store appropriately. * INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: + Stores and ensures inventory quality and reliability. + Reviews daily orders generated by the Commercial Department, verifies data consistency in orders (addresses, phone numbers, delivery dates, references, availability, etc.), organizes orders chronologically, and releases them for billing. + Provides telephone customer service regarding delivery timelines. + Reports any issues involving the picking team, operations, or products to the Logistics Supervisor. + Assists the Logistics Supervisor in smooth warehouse location setup (e.g., setup, rotating inventories). + Handles daily processing of canceled RSS orders. + Registers shrinkage incidents identified during goods picking. + Maintains good rapport and serves as the liaison with third-party carriers. + Collaborates with the Customer Service team to proactively address potential goods-related issues. + Reports goods-related incidents to the Logistics Supervisor and/or Logistics Manager. + Serves as the primary contact for the Goods Pickup Counter. + Is responsible for their work equipment. + Complies with safety regulations.
