




**Description:** **Minimum academic qualification:** Completed undergraduate degree or currently pursuing an undergraduate degree. Preference for candidates currently studying in related fields. Prior experience in the role. Manage the delivery of uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE), placing purchase requests as needed. Process employees’ electronic time records, entering medical certificates, justifications for absences and/or allowances in accordance with instructions from the Store Manager; printing documents, collecting signatures, and maintaining archived records; Carry out termination procedures following guidance from the Store Manager, entering data into the system and conducting exit interviews; seeking legal department input in cases of dismissal for cause to ensure compliance with current legislation; Implement internal endomarketing initiatives, such as Monthly Birthday Celebrations, Coffee with the Manager, Children’s Day, etc.; Monitor employees’ participation in behavioral and mandatory training programs scheduled by UA; Monitor and implement defined health and safety actions in partnership with SESMT (e.g., updating periodic examinations, supporting inspections, etc.); Support the legal department by submitting required documents/witness referrals in labor litigation matters. 251228020249658596
