Company is hiring a Senior Recruitment and Selection Analyst in Curitiba. **What will you do in this role?:** Conduct full recruitment and selection processes (job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding). Support culture and climate initiatives: internal campaigns, events, and employee engagement programs. Plan and administer climate surveys (pulse and annual), analyze results, and support managers in developing action plans. Assist in the performance evaluation cycle: deadlines, data consolidation, and support leaders during feedback sessions. Support HR administrative tasks: onboarding, time tracking, benefits administration, and coordination with accounting/payroll departments. Update HR metrics (turnover rate, time-to-hire, employee climate, performance). Suggest process improvements and minor automations to increase efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
