




Job Summary: Professional responsible for receiving clients, answering calls, managing appointments, and providing administrative/commercial support in a real estate agency. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support to the administrative and sales team * **Working Hours**: \-Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM * **Experience Required**: \-Receiving clients in person with friendliness and professionalism; \-Answering phone calls, filtering and routing calls; \-Responding to messages via WhatsApp, email, and the agency's chat system; \-Scheduling visits and meetings; \-Organizing and maintaining an updated client appointment calendar; \-Assisting in client screening according to desired property profile; \-Supporting the Administrative and Sales Team with basic information about available properties; \-Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming; \-Controlling visitor entry and exit; \-Registering clients in the agency's system; \-Prior experience in the real estate sector is a plus. Knowledge Requirements: \-Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems). Desirable Differentiators: \-Basic knowledge of property types and real estate market terminology; \-Basic English or Spanish for serving foreign clients; \-Experience with real estate management systems (Vista, Imoview, Superlógica).
