**RSG Brasil** **Work Location: João Pessoa/PB** **Client – Confidential** **Position: Generalist Human Resources Manager** We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all aspects of the Human Resources function at our João Pessoa office. The ideal candidate will be strategic yet hands-on, capable of managing day-to-day HR operations while supporting the development of a strong, people-centered culture. This role plays a critical part in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, ensuring a positive employee experience and maintaining compliance with Brazilian labor laws. **Key Responsibilities** * **People Operations & Employee Relations** Manage the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—ensuring a professional and efficient experience at every stage. * Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and leadership, providing guidance on HR policies, performance, and labor relations matters. * Foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace aligned with the company’s culture and values. **Recruitment & Talent Management** * Oversee recruitment and selection for local positions, ensuring high-quality hires and efficient processes. * Collaborate with managers to forecast staffing needs and develop job descriptions. * Support career development and performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback cycles. **Compensation, Benefits & Compliance** * Administer payroll and benefits in coordination with Finance and external providers. * Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor legislation and internal HR policies. * Monitor attendance, vacation/leave records, and other HR metrics to support accurate reporting. * Supervise office management activities—including contracts, vendor coordination, and services—to ensure efficient, cost-effective daily operations. **Culture, Engagement & Development** * Organize engagement initiatives, training programs, and team-building activities. * Promote well-being, inclusion, and professional growth among the João Pessoa team. * Contribute to global HR projects, adapting initiatives to the local context. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. HR certification is a plus. * 4+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. * Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation. * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Proactive and adaptable professional, capable of working independently and collaboratively with global teams. * Proficiency in Portuguese and English. * Work location – João Pessoa/PB * Must already reside in João Pessoa/PB * On-site position **Compensation: Salary expectations to be evaluated – PJ basis** **Immediate Start** **www.rsgbrasil.com.br**
