We have an opening for you to become a **Select High Specialist**, where you will be hired as a Specialist—the primary expert in your field. **Your role here will be:** Responsible for managing established customer portfolios within the Select universe, delivering hybrid service and comprehensive financial advisory focused on profitability, relationship building, and customer retention. **Main Responsibilities** * Deliver consultative service, alternating between digital and in-person channels as needed; * Conduct personalized financial planning, advising on portfolio options; * Develop upgrade opportunities to Select Ultra High; * Identify upgrade opportunities and avenues for revenue growth. **Behavioral and Technical Competencies** * Strong analytical ability and financial recommendation skills; * Proficiency in negotiation and active listening; * Close engagement in portfolio management; * Ability to build long-term relationships; * Investment acumen and decisiveness. **Education/Certifications** * CPA 20 (mandatory); * Completed undergraduate degree; * Technical knowledge in credit, investments, and financial planning.
