Monitor critical process parameters, such as Brix, pH, temperature, mixing time, and dissolution time. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, food safety regulations, and applicable regulatory requirements. Conduct quality controls during production and release batches per specifications. Record production data, traceability information, and raw material consumption. Participate in process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization. Provide technical support for operational team training in syrup production. Previous experience as a Syrup Operator, Syrup Preparer, Syrup Production Assistant, or Food Technician may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
