**Wheat Mill Operator \- Wheat Mill** ========================================= * Itapejara d'Oeste, PR, BR (1 Position) + Itapejara d'Oeste, PR, BR (1 Position) * On-site Job Description and Responsibilities **Work Schedule:** 12x36 **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT The Wheat Mill Operator will be responsible for adjusting and operating milling process machines, monitoring process control and the quality of the final product (flour and bran). This role is essential to ensure increased productivity and compliance with the quality and safety standards established by the cooperative. **Key responsibilities of the Wheat Mill Operator include:** * Operation and Productivity: Perform fine adjustments on milling process machines and monitor process controls to ensure increased productivity. * Quality Control: Carry out and monitor the wheat conditioning process according to quality standards. Monitor flour and bran quality during production based on department specifications. * Operational Maintenance: Perform first-level operational maintenance tasks such as replacing filter sleeves, inspecting plansifters, adjusting brushes, and other duties as scheduled by the Production Coordinator. Requirements **Preferred qualifications:** * High school diploma completed; * Availability to work from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
