**Job Opening: Welder Operator** **About the Job** We are seeking a Welder Operator with experience in MIG welding to work in an industrial environment, with a focus on quality, precision, and safety. The professional will receive internal training for laser welding operations—a modern technology aligned with the company’s evolving production processes. **Main Responsibilities** Perform MIG welding on stainless steel according to technical drawings Prepare, position, and adjust parts for welding Ensure weld bead quality and part finish Strictly comply with safety standards and PPE usage Support the transition to and assisted operation of laser welding after training Maintain workstation organization and proper care of equipment **Requirements** Proven experience with MIG welding **Job Conditions** Location: Curitiba – PR Start Date: Immediate Working Hours: Business hours, Mon–Thu 08:00–18:00; Fri 08:00–17:00 (44 hours/week) Benefits: meal voucher / food allowance, health insurance / transportation voucher / life insurance Employment Type: Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: R$2,500.00 – R$2,600.00 per month Work Location: On-site
